Note: Your job post will be accessible only to nannies registered and background-checked within our platform.

After your interviews, choose the nanny you feel is the best fit for your family. You can discuss terms and responsibilities directly with your chosen nanny. Finalize your decision by formally accepting your nanny on the platform. From here, you can discuss additional details and prepare for the start date.

Manage Payments Securely

Village Childcare offers a simple, secure payment system. Once you’ve hired a nanny, you can manage payments directly through our platform. We ensure that all transactions are safe and transparent.

Each payment will include a small processing fee, making it convenient to handle all financial aspects within one trusted platform.
